We "KALYANI ENGINEERING WORKS" are an ISO 9001 : 2008 certified company engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of vast variety of spare parts, components, and sub-assemblies of High Tech Rotating Equipments like Pumps, Compressors and other engineering equipment. Since our inception in the year 1982, we have been focused on the production of single and multi Axis Milling Systems (M/s Deckal maho) for high speed machining complex curved surface such as turbine blades, bearing brackets, magnet frames, suspension tubes, impellers for engine units and gas/steam turbine, etc.

Today apart from being one of the most reckoned manufacturers, exporters, importers, and suppliers of the industry, we have also developed expertise in machining all types of material including Stainless Steel (303, 304, 316, 416 etc.), Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Bronze, Copper, Nylons etc. to close tolerances. All our machines are capable to achieve tight tolerances thereby meeting the International Standards of product specification.

Backed by latest fast track CNC machines (with Siemens Controller), we are striding fast on the path of success. We provide our customers with high quality parts delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Our manufacturing unit has been configured in a manner to handle both prototype work and production machining in small to medium lot sizes.

A. For Aviation:
We have developed the machining of critical/intricate components of MIG Engine Spares of Class I as well as for Su-30 Engines. Including intricate machining of Turbine Blade(MOC Titanium) on our state of art 6-Axis Milling Machine (from M/s Deckal Maho, Germany)
Developed & Supplied Landing Axle for HAL -ARDC Bangalore.
Developed spares for I.J.T. Aircraft for HAL- Kanpur Division.
B. For Railways:
Traction Motor Stator frame for High Speed Loco Engines
Reconditioning / Rehabilitation & Conversion of Plain Sleeve Bearing Type to Roller Bearing Type Magnetic Frame of Traction Motor
E. For Nuclear Power:
We have manufactured components which are under Deemed Exports.
F. For ONGC:
We have Manufactured "Fluid End" along with other components for "MUD PUMP" of different capacity under Deemed Export.

"Small" - Machine with technology which make them so compact that they require less floor space area but are capable of doing job much bigger in size.

"Big" - In terms of precision, these machines are capable of achieving i.e. the machine are using technology which enhance there capability to that extent which makes it capable to achieve very tight tolerance on the job.

"Smart"- These are the machines that uses a technology which enhances their capability. Once the programme for machining is given to the machine they themselves assign the machining parameter and perform the job in most optimized methods thereby reducing the time of machining, cost in tooling, and eliminates human error.
